Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Malcolm Blackwood (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and William Wallace (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). I can't wait for this one - let's get the fighter introductions out of the way and get this one started!

The judges for this bout are Edson Gomes, Leandro Rodrigues and Paulo Santos.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Nice takedown defense from Blackwood. No joy for Wallace on that attempt.
Wallace throws a right and a left that both miss.
Wallace throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Blackwood stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.
Blackwood looks to throw the jab but Wallace is out of range.

and Blackwood counters with a nice double leg into half guard.

Wallace is looking to control Blackwood's leg but it's slowly edging free. Can Wallace avoid being mounted?

Blackwood has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

BOOM! Blackwood connects with a massive shot to the dome!

That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.
Blackwood shoots in for a takedown from distance. He catches Wallace napping and manages to drive through into side control!
It looks like William Wallace has been cut.
Wallace regains half guard.
Blackwood is looking to take a break and control but Wallace is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.
Blackwood is nestled in close to Wallace, controlling him well. He's worked in a nice elbow to the side of the head as well, for good measure.
The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. Blackwood connects with a nice short shot to Wallace's temple.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Blackwood drops an elbow to the side of Wallace's head.
Blackwood is trying a forearm choke… I don't think that's going to do much at this level of the game.

Blackwood has hold of Wallace's left arm, perhaps looking for a submission. The two fighters tussle over control of the isolated limb and Wallace manages to get his arm back to his side and away from danger.

That has opened up William Wallace's cut even more.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Wallace tries to lock up and control but Blackwood gives him a forearm to the face and pushes him away.
Blackwood lands a big elbow.
Wallace is rocked!
William Wallace's cut is absolute horrible now. This looks like something out of a horror film with blood covering both fighters.
The referee calls the doctor in to look at William Wallace's cut. Oh no, the doctor has called an end to the bout!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:18 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Cut). Malcolm Blackwood!
