The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kalabaw takes a swing at The Kid's ribcage but misses.
The Kid attempts a leg kick but it's missed by a good margin.
The Kid lands with a kick to the ribs.
No joy there for Kalabaw, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Kalabaw looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights.

Kalabaw is pinned up against the cage taking some big shots here. The referee is looking closely deciding whether he should stop the fight.
The Kid fakes a couple of low kicks, before throwing one on the third attempt. It connects and Kalabaw has to reset his feet before getting ready to engage.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
The Kid feints and then cracks Kalabaw's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow Kalabaw down.

Kalabaw takes a body punch that cleary hurt but he's trying not to show any weakness.

The Kid thuds his shin into the meat of Kalabaw's side.
The Kid dives in and scores a takedown into Kalabaw's guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
We've had a lack of effective grappling in the last minute or so, which could well see a referee standup.
The Kid is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there.
The Kid passes Kalabaw's left leg - he's now in half guard.
The Kid is trying for a kimura here. Kalabaw looks like he's in a lot of pain... and he's tapping out! The Kid wins by kimura!
