Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Shane Carwin!
The judges for this bout are Daniel Franklin, Winston Alpacca and Sandra Marshall.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Carwin lands a jab-cross combination.
It looks like Evander Stanley has been cut.
Stanley lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Carwin circles away quickly and effectively.
Carwin misses with a series of wild punches.
Stanley throws a sloppy head kick and Carwin moves out of range easily.
Carwin scores with the left hand. Stanley knows he should have avoided that one.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Some wild striking there from Carwin.
Carwin blocks a head kick by Stanley.
Stanley throws a head kick but Carwin moves out of range.
Stanley moves into the clinch.
Stanley lands a hook that snaps the head of Carwin backwards.
Stanley escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Stanley closes the distance and pushes Carwin back into the cage.

Carwin misses with a series of wild punches.
Stanley could do with losing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely.
A solid body kick from Stanley.
Stanley rushes Carwin and presses him up against the cage.
Stanley lands a left hand.
Stanley's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Stanley feints a straight left to the body, then turns around with a flashy move and hits Carwins jaw with a dramatic spinning back fist!
Wow, both these guys are really going for it!
Stanley misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Carwin.
Sloppy strikes from Carwin. Those never looked like landing.
Stanley misses with a straight right.
Stanley rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Carwin moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Stanley throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Stanley dances in quickly and lands a nice inside leg kick on Carwin. That did some damage!
Oooooh!!! Carwin has knocked Stanley down with a huge combo! Carwin steps away and waves a wobbly Stanley back to his feet! This one might not go much longer!
Stanley is breathing heavily.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Carwin rushes Stanley with punches - Stanley moves straight backwards instead of circling and gets clipped by the second strike... and the third... and the fourth! Oh, Stanley goes down! Carwin follows up with more strikes and the ref steps in to end the bout!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:32 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Shane Carwin!
