Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between John Haigh (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Freddy Krugerman (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Haigh's ring entrance music is that housewives' favourite, Macabre - Acid Bath Vampire. John Haigh has the edge in experience - let's see if he can make that count tonight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Haigh shoots in for a takedown but Krugerman shows good takedown defense.
Krugerman looks to score with a jab to the body but Haigh is just out of range.

We've had a lack of effective grappling in the last minute or so, which could well see a referee standup.

Haigh goes for an armbar here - this could be all over! But no, Krugerman has escaped beautifully and is now on top in side control! Oh, that's unlucky for Haigh but great work by Krugerman.

Haigh lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.

Haigh shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Krugerman but Krugerman pushes him off and we're back to square one.

That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to John Haigh.
Well I reckon that's a shut out for Haigh, winning every round. Will the judges agree? They are the ones who matter, even if they are often depressingly incompetent. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
