Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Rose Lee (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Rusaka Gono (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Gono has chosen Nas- Take It In The Blood as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, Rose Lee!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, Rusaka Gono!
The judges for this bout are Anthony Taglia, Eddie Farnsworth and Reed Andrews.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Gono moves out of range of the strikes.
Lee throws a solid leg kick but Gono takes the impact on his shin and smiles at Lee.
Gono has managed to clinch.
Lee is trying to slow down the pace of the fight but Gono is keeping busy.
Gono breaks the clinch.
Nice sprawl there from Lee as Gono shoots in.
Lee throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Gono sees it coming and avoids it easily.
Gono ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face.
Lee throws a low kick, looking for Gono's leg but Gono calmly moves out of range.
Gono with a lazy takedown attempt
and Lee counters with a shoot takedown. Gono fights it but they end up in guard.
The referee wants the fighters to be more active or he's going to reset them on the feet.
Gono has scooted to the edge of the canvas and used the cage to get back to his feet. Lee has stuck on his opponent and is forcing him back against the cage.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Gono blocks an uppercut.
Lee tries a body shot but Gono blocks it.
Gono pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.
Some bone on bone action there as Gono checks a low kick. Luckily it wasn't a particularly hard one.
Lee swings for the body but Gono moves out of range.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Lee throws a leg kick but he was too far away and it doesn't land.
Lee throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Gono was covering up waiting for the punch and Lee finishes the takedown easily into guard.
Gono wants to get back to his feet but Lee is in a dominant position and won't allow it.
Gono pulls Lee in to control the position.
Lee is just sitting in guard, looking to avoid any submissions.
Gono has thrown up a leg looking for a triangle. Lee doesn't defend quickly enough and Gono has managed to lock this one up! Can Lee escape?! NO! He's tapping out! Damn, that was a quick submission - congrats to Gono on a fantastic submission victory.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:55 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Triangle). Rusaka Gono!
During a confident post fight interview, Rusaka Gono thanked all his fans. He seemed very genuine when describing how motivated his fans keep him.
Rose Lee was interviewed post fight and said 'Spring will come again~'.
