Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Mike Hunt (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Thiago Ribeiro (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). I can't wait for this one - let's get the fighter introductions out of the way and get this one started!

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Michael Johnstone, David Hoff and Santiago Holmes.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hunt is looking to take this fight into the clinch.
Ribeiro throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Hunt tries to clinch but Ribeiro moves out of range.
Hunt tries to clinch up but Ribeiro circles away and keeps his distance.
Ribeiro throws a body kick but he wasn't in range.
Hunt gets caught napping as Ribeiro dives in and scores a takedown. Hunt manages to retain guard.
The referee must be thinking about standing these guys back up.
Hunt had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. Ribeiro defends it easily.

Hunt goes for a double leg but Ribeiro avoids the attempt and the two fighters end up clinched against the cage as Ribeiro continues to drive forward.

Hunt jerks Ribeiro's head down, straight into the path of a devastating knee! Ribeiro drops to the floor in a crumpled heap! Hunt goes to throw a finishing haymaker but pulls out - good sportsmanship from Hunt because Ribeiro was completely out of it. That was a nice finish - just the right level of brutality to send everyone home happy.
