Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Vincent Hunter (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and John Fisher (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The judges for this bout are Don Winkell, Frank Antenori and Timothy Bukovac.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

and Hunter counters with a leg kick.
Fisher throws a sloppy head kick and Hunter moves out of range easily.
Fisher tries a head kick but it misses.
Fisher scores with a head kick. Hunter tried to block it but didn't get his arm up in time.
It looks like Vincent Hunter has been cut.

Oh Hunter is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Fisher fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Hunter manages to avoid it.

Hunter throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Fisher stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.

Hunter is looking to wear down Fisher with body shots, infact he's throwing more body shots than head shots at the moment.

Hunter closes the distance and gets a double leg, slamming Fisher to the mat! Fisher manages to get full guard.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
