Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Max Kruse!
The judges for this bout are Luis Engracia, Daniel Cesar and Seu Braga.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kruse tries to close the distance and clinch but Daniels swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
Daniels throws a body punch but Kruse moves out of range.
Kruse wants to clinch up but Daniels keeps it at a distance.
Kruse wants to clinch
and Daniels counters by moving into the clinch.
Daniels turns his back and goes for a hip toss. It's a bit messy but it gets the job done and Daniels manages to end up in side control.
The referee must be thinking about standing these guys back up.
Daniels is looking to finish here, going for an Americana. Kruse knows the correct defense though, so he's OK.
Daniels in side control, just content to control the action for now.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Kruse tries to improve position but can't.
An elbow from Daniels crashes against the mat.
Daniels is trying to get an arm triangle but Kruse is defending well.
Kruse takes a nasty elbow to the side of the head.
Kruse tries to bench press Daniels off him but Daniels keeps the position.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
Daniels is looking for a kimura. He might have it! No, Kruse has escaped the position, nice work there.
Kruse is trying to control Daniels's posture but Daniels avoids it.
Kruse is trying to escape and get back to his feet.
Daniels is in a dominant position here, looking for a kimura. Kruse looks calm but he's in trouble here. Daniels gets his leg over his opponent's head and yanks on the arm. Kruse is tapping like a morse code operator on the titanic! SOS! SOS! Daniels lets go of the hold and Kruse can pop his arm back in it's socket.
