Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Salim Hazar!
The judges for this bout are Wagner Zegers, Saam Ante and Paulsen Ambrosius.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Hazar fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Trane sprawls well initially but Hazar persists and gets the takedown into half guard.
Hazar not throwing his punches with enough precision this time.

Hazar is looking for a kimura but he's never going to get it from there.

Hazar is working for submissions here but there's nothing on.
Trane is trying to get back to full guard.
Trane knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Hazar on the ground.
Trane manages to get to full guard.

Hazar is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there.
Hazar slips effortlessly into side control - very nice.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Hazar is looking to take a break and control but Trane is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.
Hazar landing a few strikes.
Hazar looks up at the clock and then as Trane takes his cue and looks up at the clock too, Hazar smacks him right in the chops with a big elbow! How rude!
Hazar works to advance to full mount. Trane defends for a few seconds but eventually he succumbs.

The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Trane wants to control but Hazar is having none of it.
Whack. That's a big, big shot from Hazar! Trane is out cold! This one is all over!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:57 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Strikes). Salim Hazar!
Salim Hazar seemed lost for words in his post fight interview but he remembered to thank his fans and directed everyone to his website.
