Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Warren Rosario (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jim Roper (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Roper comes into a darkened arena with his song building. Mr.Roper, Mr.Roper by Irish Terry Conklin kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! Jim Roper has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
2 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Warren Rosario! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Jim Roper! The judges for this bout are John Mangel, Ben Hemmingworth and Darius Henderson.
 The bell rings for round one and we are underway! An inside leg kick from Rosario misses. Roper will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.

Roper misses with a double jab
and Rosario counters into the clinch. Nicely done. Roper is looking to control Rosario's arms but Rosario gets an underhook and turns him. Now Roper has his back to the cage. Roper stalling.
Rosario tries to score a body lock takedown but Roper shows good agility there to stay on his feet. Rosario is looking for a takedown up against the cage. Roper gets underhooks though and prevents the takedown attempt. Rosario is trying to pull guard but being pressed up against the cage enables Roper to keep the fight standing. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Warren Rosario. That's going to take a lot out of him.
 That's one minute gone in the round. Roper is trying to maintain a safe position but Rosario gets an underhook and turns Roper into the cage.
Rosario jumps into guard, dragging Roper to the mat.
The referee wants the fighters to be more active or he's going to reset them on the feet.
Rosario is working actively from the bottom, looking for submissions. He's escaped his hips to the side and he's going for an armbar! Roper has his hands clasped together but Rosario extends and breaks Roper's desperate grasp, forcing a tap out due to armbar! Nice BJJ displayed there by Rosario.
