Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Will Banks (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Rainer Varvaskoukku (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Banks comes to the cage accompanied by All I do Is win. Will Banks has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Introducing the champion to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 33 - 19 - 1, fighting out of New York, Will Banks!
And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 23 - 10 - 2, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Rainer Varvaskoukku!
The judges for this bout are Phil Schofield, William Gold and Donald Grub.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Banks wants to clinch up but Varvaskoukku keeps it at a distance.

Ouch! a nice leg kick from Varvaskoukku, right into the meat.
Banks throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.

Varvaskoukku manages to get an easy takedown there - catching Banks on his heels. He'll look to pass Banks's guard now, I'm sure.
My spies in CT Antiga União inform me that Varvaskoukku has been getting involved in the gym's BJJ sparring sessions. Let's see whether that pays dividends!

Well Varvaskoukku has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
