Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Ricson Gracie (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Muri Loster (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Gracie comes to the cage accompanied by The Black Eyed Peas - Pump It. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
4 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Ricson Gracie! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Muri Loster! The judges for this bout are Seu Braga, Daniel Cesar and Mauricio Rocha.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! A cross from Loster lands. Gracie throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Loster's waist but Loster gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Gracie off to one side. Gracie fails with the takedown. Gracie dives in and grabs Loster's left leg, looking for a takedown. Loster pushes down on Gracie's head and hops out. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Ricson Gracie. That's going to take a lot out of him. A momentary lapse in concentration from Loster enables Gracie to shoot in and score with a neat double leg. Loster manages to secure a closed guard as the fighters hit the mat. Loster wants to stand up but Gracie is controlling him. Gracie lands a nice shot whilst sitting in his opponent's guard. Loster avoiding any damage from the ground and pound. Gracie preventing the sweep. Gracie postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Gracie is sitting in guard, working some ground and pound. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Loster utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Loster wants to stand up but Gracie is controlling him. Gracie throws a big elbow that misses. Gracie stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Loster swivels though and keeps the full guard.
That's one minute gone in the round. Gracie is looking to work some ground and pound but Loster has wrist control. Gracie slips effortlessly into side control - very nice. Gracie scoring with punches and elbows. Gracie tries to score with some ground and pound. Loster controls his posture well this time though and the shots don't do any damage. Loster takes a big shot right to the temple there but he's taken it well.
We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Loster can do anything to dispel that myth. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Loster dodges the ground and pound from Gracie. Gracie lands a big left to the face of Loster, bouncing his head like a basketball. Another shot from Gracie and another - Loster is out! Gracie stands up and salutes his fans, who are going crazy in the stands.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:49 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Strikes). Ricson Gracie! Our winner, Ricson Gracie, made sure he spent some time buttering up the crowd during his post fight interview, which will no doubt bring him a few more fans.
