Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Leonel Lutsky (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Luke Johnson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
27 - 10 - 0, fighting out of New York, Leonel Lutsky! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
27 - 7 - 0, fighting out of New York, Luke Johnson! The judges for this bout are Jonathan Paton, Joseph Jones and John Kavanagh.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! A momentary lapse in concentration from Lutsky enables Johnson to shoot in and score with a neat double leg. Lutsky manages to secure a closed guard as the fighters hit the mat. Lutsky throwing his legs up looking for a triangle.
Lutsky has been talking about how he's improved his wrestling in the run up to the fight so let's see if that's enough to sway the balance. Johnson postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect. Lutsky avoiding any damage from the ground and pound. In the pre-fight buildup videos we saw Johnson working his ground and pound in the gym. He isn't landing a great percentage of his ground strikes so far though. Johnson working some ground and pound from guard but it's not doing any damage. Johnson postures up.
Johnson seems content to control from guard here. He's going to have to remain active though if he doesn't want to get stood back up. Johnson trying to control the position from guard on top but Lutsky is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Johnson throwing strikes but missing. Lutsky preventing the ground and pound from doing any damage.
That's one minute gone in the round. Johnson wants to pass the guard but Lutsky is keeping the position. Lutsky looking for a guillotine here but Johnson defends easily.
Lutsky trying to control the position here. Johnson passes easily into side control. Nice work. Lutsky is not in a great position here, taking some shots. Lutsky is looking for a sweep.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Johnson wants to lay and pray for a moment but Lutsky keeps working. Lutsky is positioning himself to get back to half guard. Johnson working away. Johnson scores with a couple of nice shots to the head there. The referee takes a look at Lutsky to see if he's OK. Lutsky wants to get back to his feet but Johnson is dominant here and he's now got Lutsky's back! This has been an exciting period of action! Lutsky trying to get back to his feet but Johnson is in full control for now. Johnson is working the ground and pound. Can Lutsky escape? Lutsky grimaces as he takes a shot to the body.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Johnson punishes Lutsky with strikes from the back mount. Johnson is working for the choke. He's slipped one arm under the chin. Lutsky has to defend the other arm for all he's worth... but Johnson has managed to get that arm free too and he's tightening the choke! Lutsky taps out and looks absolutely disgusted with himself. Johnson doesn't care though - he's delighted!
