Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Jeb Springfield (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Chris Carter (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). I can't wait for this one - let's get the fighter introductions out of the way and get this one started!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
3 - 3 - 0, fighting out of New York, Jeb Springfield!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Chris Carter!
The judges for this bout are Jonathan Paton, Joseph Jones and Steve Montenegro.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Nice defenses there by Springfield.
Carter looks to land a left hand but Springfield moved out of range nicely.

Springfield is trying to control the action in half guard but Carter is working away on the bottom, looking perhaps to get back to full guard.
Springfield working some ground and pound from close in. He's looking to maintain this position and strike for a while by the looks of things... although he'll probably advance to full mount in a minute now I've said that.

Springfield is really struggling to control Carter but he's trying to hold on to the position.
Carter stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Springfield swivels though and keeps the full guard.
