Teach misses with a takedown attempt
and Landry counters into the clinch. Nicely done.
Teach pulls guard.
We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.
The referee claps his hands together and tells the fighters to work.
Landry trying to control the position from guard on top but Teach is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.

Teach looking to try and escape his hips here, looking for a submission. It looks like he's going for a triangle but Landry is defending well. Teach quickly switches to an armbar and extends the arm! Landry has no choice but to tap, to a very quick submission! Wow, that was lightning fast! Teach celebrates on the cage, with the crowd.
