And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Wonk Rogers!
The judges for this bout are Darius Henderson, Ron Honeybunn and Steve Erwin.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Perkins closes the distance and clinches up with Rogers, looking for a takedown. Perkins pushes Rogers against the cage but Rogers circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
Perkins really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.
Rogers fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Perkins avoids it really well and circles away.

Rogers gets in close and instigates a clinch.
Perkins tries to pull guard but Rogers forces him back to his feet, against the cage.
Rogers fails to pull the fight into his guard.
Rogers has had enough of the clinch and is looking to separate.
A frustrated look appears on Perkins's face as he tries to break the clinch.
Perkins wants to break free but Rogers has control.

Rogers is taking a break and basically stalling. The referee will not allow him to do that for long.

Perkins jumps guard but Rogers stands there with Perkins around his waist. Perkins gives up and drops back to his feet. We remain in the clinch.
