Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Ragnar SvenSoleson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Musial Stanson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). SvenSoleson comes to the cage accompanied by If I had a heart. Musial Stanson will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
SvenSoleson ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Stanson moves away.
Ragnar SvenSoleson seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
SvenSoleson misses with a hook.
Stanson fails to land with a series of punches.
Nice sprawl there from SvenSoleson as Stanson shoots in.
Stanson throws a sloppy head kick and SvenSoleson moves out of range easily.
Horrible takedown by Stanson or perhaps it was just good defense by SvenSoleson which made him look bad.

SvenSoleson shoots in for a takedown from distance. He catches Stanson napping and manages to drive through into side control!

Stanson has found himself in a tricky position here. He's been working his transitions in training so let's see if he can work his way out of it.

SvenSoleson is trying a forearm choke… I don't think that's going to do much at this level of the game.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Stanson is looking to take a break and control but SvenSoleson is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.
The referee tells the fighters to keep busy.

The referee asks Stanson politely if he wouldn't mind getting on with it and actually doing something. Stanson prefers to stall for the moment though.

Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up.

SvenSoleson has hold of one of Stanson's legs. Stanson is fighting the takedown attempt but SvenSoleson gets the trip and lands the takedown into guard.
There's a bit of a scramble here and now Stanson is on top in guard.

There's a bit of a scramble here and now Stanson is on top in guard.

Stanson is striking well from the back but SvenSoleson escapes and manages to control the positon and works his way to half guard. A much better position - the crisis is over for the time being.

SvenSoleson throws a loose over hand right and dives in with a double leg takedown. Stanson tries to sprawl but it's too late and the fighters hit the mat. SvenSoleson is in Stanson's guard.
