Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Chuck White (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jarvan Atherton (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
11 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Chuck White! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
1 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Jarvan Atherton! The judges for this bout are Patrick Alders, Daniel Blasius and Aafke Stam.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! White fakes a strike and closes the distance, dragging Atherton to the ground. White is now in Atherton's guard. The referee is asking the fighters to pick up the pace. White sitting in guard, not really doing much. Atherton controls White momentarily but White frees himself. Atherton might have to switch it up a bit here because his efforts to control White haven't been going to plan, at least at the current moment in time. White loading up with the ground and pound but he's missing more than he's landing in this flurry. Atherton is trying to keep White in close.
White wants to control from the top but Atherton keeps moving. White has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.
The ref stands the fighters back up. Jarvan Atherton was stalling too much, according to the referee. Atherton moves into range and lands a nice body kick.
White misses with a takedown attempt - Atherton sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses. Atherton has been working on his striking defense in training and it's paying off as White is landing a low percentage of strikes. White walks forward, straight into a front kick from Atherton. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! White fails with a takedown attempt.
That's one minute gone in the round. Atherton lands a powerful looking uppercut that connected with his opponent's jaw. No luck with that takedown attempt from White. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Chuck White. That's going to take a lot out of him. White missing with a left hand there. Atherton was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one. White shoots in and drives through. Atherton sprawls well. Atherton throws a nice hook to the body that draws an oooh from the crowd. Atherton defends well against a solid takedown attempt from White. Atherton lands with a hook. White tried to avoid it but it clipped the top of his head. Atherton drops White with a straight left! Oh this is bad for White! Atherton dives in and starts dropping bombs - the referee has no choice but to step in and save him!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:42 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Jarvan Atherton!
