Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Benito Gould (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Mathieu Leblanc (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Mathieu Leblanc has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Benito Gould! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Mathieu Leblanc! The judges for this bout are Paul Aken, Albert Achterberg and Nard Betker.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Some wild striking there from Leblanc.
Leblanc will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Leblanc throws a combination that misses and Gould counters by clinching up. Gould really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape. Gould breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Leblanc fakes a head punch and goes low to the body. Nicely done. Leblanc tries to bum rush Gould with a series of wild strikes but Gould uses good footwork to avoid the assault. Sloppy strikes from Leblanc. Those never looked like landing. Gould drops his hands momentarily and Leblanc takes advantage with a crisp shot to the head. Leblanc misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Leblanc fails to land with a series of punches.
Leblanc looks to score with a combo but nothing lands. Leblanc tries to bum rush Gould with a series of wild strikes but Gould uses good footwork to avoid the assault. Leblanc looks winded! Gould scores a trip takedown into side control. Nice. This has been an exciting period of action! Gould is looking for a kimura. He might have it! No, Leblanc has escaped the position, nice work there. Leblanc is pushing Gould's head away, looking to escape. Gould manages to hold on to the position though.
That's one minute gone in the round. Gould thinks about going for a far side armbar but bails out and retains the dominant position instead. Gould cracks Leblanc with an elbow. That is naaassty. Leblanc is working to avoid the ground and pound but Gould connects with a decent elbow. A lull in the action here. Gould is in a dominant position here, looking for a kimura. Leblanc looks calm but he's in trouble here. Gould gets his leg over his opponent's head and yanks on the arm. Leblanc is tapping like a morse code operator on the titanic! SOS! SOS! Gould lets go of the hold and Leblanc can pop his arm back in it's socket.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:38 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Kimura). Benito Gould!
