The judges for this bout are Fedor Mirinova, Igor Prikhodko and Aleksandr Martynov.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Yurkov circles away from the clinch attempt
and Yurkov counters with a left to the body.
Gracie swings away with a body shot that misses
and Yurkov decides to take the opportunity to score a takedown. He's landed in Gracie's guard.

Yurkov wants to control from the top but Gracie keeps moving.
Yurkov thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position.
Yurkov gets to his feet and steps away from his opponent.
Ethan Gracie seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Yurkov feints and as Gracie raises his hands in defense, Yurkov changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard.
Yurkov slips effortlessly into side control - very nice.
Yurkov lands some shots froms side control.
Yurkov wants to lay and pray for a moment but Gracie keeps working.
Gracie tries to bench press Yurkov off him but Yurkov keeps the position.
Yurkov has worked his way into a potential kimura here. Gracie is trying to get out of the position but his squirming has just got him deeper into trouble. Yurkov yanks on the arm and Gracie is forced to tap due to a very painful looking submission! Nice work by Yurkov.
