The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Brody scores with a punch to the head.
Brody comes forward and lands a shot to the body, then darts back out of range.
Brody has been working on his boxing with his coaches at Soco na mãe - Stand Up Striking in the buildup to the fight.
Joaquin tries to clinch but fails miserably
and Brody counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.
Joaquin jabbing away but nothing is landing.
Brody digs a good hook to Joaquin's body.
Joaquin wants to clinch but Brody slips to the side
letting Brody counter with a right hand.
Brody lands with a shot to the body.
Joaquin closes the distance but Brody moves to the side
and Brody counters with a big right hand! Oh Joaquin is in trouble here! Brody follows up with more strikes and that's it! The ref has stopped it!

A relieved looking Frank Brody thanked the fans for their support and gave the usual line about them being amazing. They seemed to believe that he actually meant it.
