Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Oliver Myler (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Randy Lahey (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). I don't know about you partner, but I'm pumped for this one!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 3 - 1, fighting out of The Island, Oliver Myler! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Randy Lahey! The judges for this bout are Dirk Anderson, David Hoff and Peter Branson.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Lahey tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in to close the distance. Myler manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat. Myler looks exhausted already! Oh dear, he should have come in in better shape than this! A momentary lapse in concentration from Myler enables Lahey to shoot in and score with a neat double leg. Myler manages to secure a closed guard as the fighters hit the mat. Myler looking for a guillotine here but Lahey defends easily.

Lahey looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. He might want to try advancing position though to get more of an impact. Myler has hold of Lahey's hands but Lahey slips his arm to the side and lands an elbow. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Ground and pound from Lahey. Lahey content to sit in half guard and control for a moment. The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. Lahey connects with a nice short shot to Myler's temple. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Randy Lahey dominated that round. OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action.
Lahey changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Myler looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better. Lahey is maintaining the dominant position - no doubt Myler will start to get frustrated soon if he's not already. Lahey lands a knee to the body and a forearm to the face. Myler on the wrong end of some ground and pound. Lahey looking for an arm triangle but it's way too loose to do anything. Lahey has been the more effective fighter overall so far. Myler takes a nasty elbow to the side of the head. Lahey lands some shots froms side control. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. Lahey controls the position. Lahey scoring with punches from side control. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Lahey lands a nice forearm strike. Lahey content to control the pace. The referee will try and keep them active though.

Lahey just content to control the position. Lahey cracks Myler with a big elbow. Lahey is pausing for a moment. What's he doing? It looks like he's clearing his nose. Oh dude! He's shot a load of snot all down Myler's shoulder. That is not cool. Myler is positioning himself to get back to half guard. Randy Lahey has got the better of the ground game so far. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Lahey wants to lay and pray for a moment but Myler keeps working. Randy Lahey showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action. This is the final round!

Lahey wants to control from the top but Myler keeps moving. Lahey not doing a lot at the moment. He'll have to show some more aggression or the fight will get stood up. We must be close to a standup if these guys don't pick up the pace.

Myler tries to sprawl but it's too late and the fighters hit the mat. Lahey is in Myler's guard. Both fighters are breathing heavily. Lahey is just sitting in guard, looking to avoid any submissions. We're hearing some news coming in from back stage. It's official - Lahey has eaten all the pies! Lahey pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Myler is keeping the position for now. Lahey content to stall in guard here.

The ref stands the fighters back up, due to lack of action by Randy Lahey. Lahey looking to score a takedown here. Myler is defending well but Lahey drives through and ends up in Myler's guard. Lahey working some strikes from top position. Lahey lands a couple of digs. Lahey slows down the pace of the fight for a moment. He'll need to remain active if he doesn't want to see the fight stood back up.

This could be trouble! No, Myler has managed to free his arm - good work. Lahey looks to score some points with some ground and pound. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! And that's the end of the fight! Randy Lahey comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. Well Lahey has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today.
