Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Adam Rabago (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Micheal White (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Rabago comes to the cage accompanied by Dance Gavin Dance - Strawberry Swisher Pt 2. Micheal White will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Adam Rabago! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
2 - 8 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Micheal White! The judges for this bout are Chris Saunders, Micheangelo Fripello and Colin Fray.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Rabago. Rabago gets a double leg takedown into White's guard. The referee looks like he's ready to step in and stand the fighters back up. Rabago drops back looking for a heel hook - he quickly realises he's not going to get it but White manages to dive on top of him before he can escape and now Rabago has White in his guard. Rabago wriggles free and stands up. Rabago looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? White is fending him off so far but Rabago persists. Nope, White circles away and we're back to standing. White tries to clinch up and Rabago counters with a nice single leg takedown and he's in White's guard now.

It's a sloppy attempt though and Rabago jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position. Rabago drops back looking for a leg! White is in trouble here! Rabago is looking light on his feet compared to last time was saw him fight. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Rabago working hard to break the clinch. The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action! Rabago is trying to break free. Rabago is trying to work out of this bad position, with his back against the cage. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

White has been taking part in the yoga sessions down at Brick Brawlers MMA. Presumably he's going to look for a slick submission... Or maybe he's looking to avoid one. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Rabago is looking for a kimura but he's never going to get it from there.
