Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Gilberto Todd (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Sam Fisher (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Sam Fisher has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 2 - 0, fighting out of New York, Sam Fisher!
The judges for this bout are Anthony Taglia, Joseph Jones and Chad Campbell.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A punch combination from Fisher misses.
Fisher throws a right and a left that Todd avoids nicely.
Fisher darts in and out, connecting with a jab.
Todd goes for a double leg but Fisher avoids the attempt and the two fighters end up clinched against the cage as Fisher continues to drive forward.

Todd escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Todd shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it.
Fisher throws a nice looking combination but Todd bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
Fisher rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Todd moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Todd really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.
Fisher closes the distance and lands a one-two.

Fisher feints a jab promting Todd to slip. Fisher then demonstrates his capabilities by jabbing again. Todd slips again and ducks right into an uppercut.

Todd fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Fisher, pushing him back against the cage.
Todd jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Fisher walks away with a smile on his face. Todd gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head.

That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Gilberto Todd.
