Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Rakhmetov Chernyshevsky (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Werkka Easterlund (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chernyshevsky kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is The Sisters of Mercy -- Lucretia. The crowd seem to be enjoying Easterlund's choice of entrance music: Harbinger of Sorrow. This should be fireworks!

The judges for this bout are Shirou Masuda, Shigeki Sano and Ren Mimura.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Easterlund tries to grapple but his opponent circles
and Chernyshevsky finishes the little exchange by landing a big kick to the body.
Chernyshevsky throws a sloppy head kick
and Easterlund counters with a low kick, right behind Chernyshevsky 's knee.
Easterlund clinches up against the ropes.

Chernyshevsky has been working on his boxing with his coaches at Homunculus Alembic in the buildup to the fight.
Easterlund has managed to clinch.
Easterlund tries to pull guard but Chernyshevsky forces him back to his feet, against the ropes.

Easterlund passes Chernyshevsky's left leg - he's now in half guard.
Easterlund tries to pass the half guard into mount. Chernyshevsky knows what he's doing though and prevents the attempt.

Chernyshevsky is trying to stand up but he's not managed so far.
In the pre-fight buildup videos we saw Easterlund working his ground and pound in the gym. He isn't landing a great percentage of his ground strikes so far though.

Easterlund won't allow Chernyshevsky to get back to his feet.
Chernyshevsky has Easterlund pulled in close to control his posture.
Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up.
Easterlund throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Chernyshevsky was covering up waiting for the punch and Easterlund finishes the takedown easily into guard.
Chernyshevsky has a butterfly guard looking to sweep but Easterlund has passed into side control.
Easterlund decides to stand up, so the ref orders Chernyshevsky to his feet.

and Easterlund counters with a lovely straight right hand!
It looks like Rakhmetov Chernyshevsky has been cut.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Easterlund is really turning it up, unleashing another crisp combination which drops Chernyshevsky like a ton of bricks! The referee dives in to stop the fight, saving Chernyshevsky from another fist facial!
