Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Aafke Stam, Paulsen Ambrosius and Albert Achterberg.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Riccuito pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Riccuito stumbles momentarily as he takes a strong leg kick from Barfot.

Barfot lands a nice shot to the body.
Barfot misses with a low kick as Riccuito jumps back.

We've been told by Barfot's head coaches at In the Penile Colony that he's been working on his takedown defense in preparation for this fight.

Riccuito fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Barfot looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Riccuito is throwing a lot of body shots here, looking to wear down Barfot rather than just go for the knockout.

and Barfot counters with a nice uppercut.

Barfot throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Riccuito lets the fists fly and connects with a left straight followed by a right hook.
Barfot connects with an inside leg kick.
Barfot feints with a shoulder and throws a nice leg kick to Riccuito's calf.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

Riccuito tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Barfot was well out of range. Poor timing from Riccuito.

Riccuito throws a hook but Barfot avoids it easily.
Barfot uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Riccuito.

Barfot scores with a sloppy punch to the body. Not much technique there but it did the business.
Barfot lands a big head kick that sends Riccuito tumbling to the mat! Barfot takes a step backwards and waves Riccuito back to his feet - he wants the finish!
Riccuito is rocked!
Barfot lets loose with a powerful body kick. Riccuito will feel that in the morning.
Riccuito is still on wobbly legs! Can Barfot finish him?
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!
Barfot feints and then cracks Riccuito's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow Riccuito down.
Riccuito seems to have recovered his senses.
Riccuito keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
Barfot feints and then winds up with a huge right hand that connects perfectly and sends Riccuito sprawling to the canvas! Riccuito rolls over backwards and springs off the cage and manages to regain his footing - how acrobatic! Oh, he's still wobbly - can Barfot finish him?!
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Magnus Barfot dominated that round.
Both fighters have cut men working on them during the interval.
That's time! Back to the action!
Barfot scores with a push kick.
That kick from Barfot tenderised Riccuito's leg. Riccuito is trying to keep his angry face on.
Riccuito's leg has a nasty welt from taking a succession of leg kicks. That must be slowing him down.
Barfot fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Riccuito manages to avoid it.
Barfot is looking to chop away at Riccuito's legs.
Barfot lands a straight punch to the body, keeping Riccuito at a distance.
Both these guys seem content to just stand up and trade with eachother but Riccuito might want to think about changing up his gameplan a bit because over the course of the fight, Barfot has got the better of the exchanges.
Barfot feints with a shoulder and throws a nice leg kick to Riccuito's calf.

The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Barfot lands with an uppercut that bounces Riccuito off the cage and back into range.

Riccuito fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt Barfot.
A big left from Riccuito misses.

Barfot avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Barfot scores with a push kick.
Riccuito ducks right into an uppercut from Barfot.
A nice leg kick lands there from Barfot.
Riccuito walks straight into an uppercut. Luckily it didn't land flush.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Barfot lands a big uppercut and Riccuito crumbles to the floor! The ref thinks about stopping the fight but Riccuito looks OK. Barfot waves Riccuito back to his feet!
Barfot throws a body kick but he wasn't in range.
A slapping leg kick lands for Barfot.
Barfot finds Riccuito's off switch, with a big overhand right that connects perfectly to the side of the head! Riccuito flops back against the cage, eyes gazing into the distance. Barfot lands an unnecessary shot before the referee has time to step in and end the fight. Brutal stuff but I'm sure Riccuito will be OK.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:39 of round 2, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Magnus Barfot!
After winning the bout, Magnus Barfot thanked all his fans and promised he'd do even better in his next fight. The crowd seemed to love his humility.
