Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Stirling Sanguin (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Andrew Swanson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Swanson has chosen Fight the power as his entrance music. Stirling Sanguin is staring across the cage at his opponent, tweaking his nipples... Tweaking his own nipples that is.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
3 - 2 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Stirling Sanguin! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
4 - 3 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Andrew Swanson! The judges for this bout are Winston Alpacca, David Hoff and Michael Johnstone.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Sanguin fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Swanson sprawls well initially but Sanguin persists and gets the takedown into half guard. The referee is asking the fighters to pick up the pace. Swanson gets full guard. Sanguin is fighting to break Swanson's control of his arms but Swanson is doing a good job of controlling the position at the moment. Swanson working a defensive guard here.
Swanson looking for a sweep. Not yet Swanson, not yet. Sanguin with a nice head shot there. Swanson looking to hit a scissor sweep but Sanguin is one step ahead there. Sanguin working some ground and pound from guard but it's not doing any damage. Sanguin wants to control from the top but Swanson keeps moving. Swanson is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive. Sanguin trying to land body shots but he keeps hitting the mat.
That's one minute gone in the round. Swanson can't do much from the bottom at the moment, as Sanguin controls the pace.
Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up. Swanson lands with a nice low kick. That'll leave a bruise. Sanguin tries to close the distance and clinch up but Swanson swats him away and circles back towards the center. Sanguin tries to score a power double leg takedown but Swanson sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Sanguin somewhat. Sanguin changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Swanson looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better. Swanson tries to bench press Sanguin off him but Sanguin keeps the position. Sanguin decides to take the fight back to the feet. Swanson throws a low kick but Sanguin avoids it. Sanguin gets in close and instigates a clinch. Sanguin breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Sanguin has been working on his boxing with his coaches at Hardcore Fitness Facility in the buildup to the fight. Excellent takedown into side control there by Sanguin. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Sanguin working hard here to secure a kimura but he's not really in the right position for it.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Swanson wants to control but Sanguin postures up. Sanguin knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Swanson on the ground. Swanson manages to land a sweep and he's now on top! Lovely Jiu Jitsu! Swanson is looking for an arm triangle, whilst trying to pass to side control. Sanguin doesn't seem that keen to cooperate though. No luck this time Swanson. Swanson is working for a submission here. He's got hold of the far side arm and he's looking for a kimura. He's cranking on the arm and he's got it! Sanguin is tapping out! Ouch, that looked like it hurt!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:47 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Kimura). Andrew Swanson! A relieved looking Andrew Swanson thanked the fans for their support and gave the usual line about them being amazing. They seemed to believe that he actually meant it.
