Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Daniel Bryan (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and George Wahl (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The atmosphere really building for this one as we go over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
5 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Daniel Bryan!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
9 - 12 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, George Wahl !
The judges for this bout are Daniel Franklin, Tiny Johnson and Alan Glass.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Bryan goes for a spinning back kick but it misses.
Bryan is looking to clinch but Wahl is avoiding it.
Bryan has managed to clinch.
Wahl goes for a takedown in the clinch but Bryan prevents it.
Wahl jumps guard.
Bryan gets to his feet - Wahl follows without any prompting.
Bryan fails miserably with a takedown attempt.
Bryan wants to clinch.
Wahl closes the distance and pushes Bryan back into the cage.

Bryan tries to break free but Wahl pushes him back against the cage.
Wahl drops down looking for an ankle pick but Bryan pulls his leg out and moves away.
A lazy body kick from Bryan
and Wahl counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.
Bryan throws a body punch but Wahl moves out of range.
Bryan has his head slapped from side to side by a 3 punch combination. That must have hurt him.
Bryan tries to close the distance and clinch up but Wahl swats him away and circles back towards the center.
Wahl changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Bryan looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.
Bryan is trying to improve his position.
You can see the frustration on Bryan's face, being in this tough position on the bottom.
Bryan is looking to regain half guard here but Wahl keeps moving and retains side control.
Bryan manages to land a sweep and he's now on top! Lovely Jiu Jitsu!
Bryan will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.

Bryan escapes and gets back to his feet.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Wahl shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Bryan sprawls well. Bryan wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Wahl gets slowly back to his feet.

Bryan throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.

Bryan throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Wahl 's waist but Wahl gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Bryan off to one side.

and Wahl counters with a nice body shot.
Bryan dives in and grabs Wahl 's left leg, looking for a takedown. Wahl pushes down on Bryan's head and hops out.
Wahl is trying hard to land a takedown here. Bryan sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet.

and he gets countered with a snapping leg kick.
Bryan tries to close the distance and clinch but Wahl swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.

Wahl will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.

Bryan is looking to take this fight into the clinch.
Wahl swats away the attempt to clinch by Bryan.
Bryan misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Wahl .
Bryan shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Wahl as he avoids it easily.
This has been an exciting period of action!
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
Wahl looks to land a combination. Bryan sees it coming but can only parry a couple of the shots.
A kick lands to the mid section there for Wahl .
Bryan darts in looking for a takedown but Wahl gets double underhooks and turns Bryan into the cage.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
That was a close round but I would say that Daniel Bryan will probably get the nod.
That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.
Wahl feints with a shoulder and throws a nice leg kick to Bryan's calf.
A punch lands to the side of Bryan 's head but he takes it in his stride.
Bryan feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.

Wahl is trying to control the position from the bottom.
Bryan postures up in Wahl 's guard and throws a big left but Wahl blocks it.

The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.
Bryan lands a couple of digs.

Bryan tries to stand but Wahl is controlling from the bottom.
Bryan slows down the pace of the fight for a moment. He'll need to remain active if he doesn't want to see the fight stood back up.
If this pace continues, the referee will definitely step in and force a standup.
Bryan is looking to work some ground and pound but Wahl has wrist control.
Wahl really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Bryan. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

Bryan looks over to his corner - he wants some instructions but his corner are not responding.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up, due to lack of activity on the part of Daniel Bryan.
Wahl moves into range and clinches up with Bryan.
A real battle for position is taking place between these two warriors.

Bryan takes a nice looking leg kick right on the meat of his thigh there.
Bryan throws a nice looking combination but Wahl bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Bryan tries to score a power double leg takedown but Wahl sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Bryan somewhat.

That was a close second round but I would say that Daniel Bryan will probably get the nod.
The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action! This is the final round!

Bryan has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.

Bryan can't quite control the action as he would like just now, as Wahl is looking to escape.

The referee warns Wahl that he has to improve his position here as he takes two more clean shots to the head.
BOOM! Bryan connects with a massive shot to the dome!

Well I reckon that's a shut out for Bryan, winning every round. Will the judges agree? They are the ones who matter, even if they are often depressingly incompetent. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
