Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 2 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Billy Rumble!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 4 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Johnny Crasher!
The judges for this bout are Eliza Hachem, Bruno Hogan and Steve Erwin.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

The fight moves into the clinch position.
Rumble misses with a punch to the body.
Crasher has Rumble pressed against the cage.
Crasher blocks a couple of punches on the inside.

Crasher breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
Rumble tries for a takedown but Crasher circles away easily

and Crasher counters with a shoot takedown. Rumble fights it but they end up in guard.
Rumble will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.
The referee claps his hands together and tells the fighters to work.
Crasher trying to control but Rumble is working from the bottom.
Crasher stops Rumble from standing up.
Crasher advances to half guard.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Crasher lands strikes from half guard.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Rumble is trying to stand.
Rumble scrambles, trying to get to his feet, but Crasher manages to mount him!

Crasher controlling the pace for now.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
Rumble takes a big shot to the head but keeps on trying to improve his position.

Crasher landing punches.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Rumble wants to try and get back to his feet.
Crasher has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan.

Rumble is breathing heavily.
Crasher lands with some strikes.
Crasher lands a shot to the body, followed up by a shot to the exposed head of his trapped opponent.
A nice elbow there by Crasher.

Crasher is landing with some decent strikes but Rumble is trying to advance his position so the referee is letting the fight continue.
