Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Daigo Sato (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Yoshido Nakamara (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Sato comes to the cage accompanied by japanese war music. On his way into the cage it seems that Daigo Sato has been attacked by a crazed fan! It looks like it might have been the just bleed guy! Luckily Daigo Sato seems to be OK! I thought that lunatic was in prison!?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Daigo Sato! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
4 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Yoshido Nakamara! The judges for this bout are Tatsuya Matsuyama, Sosuke Kotani and Yukihiro Yamamoto.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Sato misses with a wild body shot. Sato displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Nakamara. Nakamara shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Sato defends it nicely. Nakamara shoots in and gets a takedown into half guard. Nakamara showed some decent athleticism there. We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake. Nakamara wants to stand up but Sato has a hold of him and won't allow it. Nakamara wants to control but Sato is keeping him busy. Nakamara is working for a kimura but Sato is defending it quite comfortably.
Sato is looking for a sweep. Nakamara is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position.
That's one minute gone in the round. Still in half guard, Nakamara seems content to control. Sato moves into full guard.
Sato knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Nakamara on the ground. Nakamara stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Sato swivels though and keeps the full guard. Sato can't keep his opponent in guard - Nakamara advances to half guard, no doubt looking to mount. Nakamara landing with strikes to the body and head, softening up his opponent. Nakamara is looking for a kimura. It's going to be difficult to finish that from half guard though and Sato defends it well. Nakamara wants to control but Sato is keeping him busy. Sato trying to control from the bottom.

That's two minutes gone in the round. Sato tries to get to full guard but Nakamara has control of the leg. Nakamara looking for a kimura but he'll have to free his other leg if he wants to finish that. Perhaps he's just using it as a distraction technique.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Nakamara seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Sato does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back. Nakamara is looking to stall here but Sato recovers full guard. Sato trying to control the position.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Nakamara wants to get up but he can't break Sato's closed guard. He needs to be careful trying to break the legs open, as he's open to submissions here. Sato looking for a sweep. Not yet Sato, not yet. Sato is trying to control the position but Nakamara postures up. Nakamara makes a bit of distance and scores with some ground and pound, still in guard. Nakamara is pushing down on Sato's leg trying to pass to half guard. Sato is fighting to maintain full guard but Nakamara has managed to sneak the leg through. Nakamara is looking for a kimura here.
Nakamara is looking for an arm triangle, whilst trying to pass to side control. Sato doesn't seem that keen to cooperate though. No luck this time Nakamara. Sato trying to control here.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Nakamara trying to control from half guard but Sato is working away. Sato trying to control from the bottom.
Nakamara scoring with strikes to the body and head. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Nakamara trying to control the action but Sato is working from the bottom. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Nakamara is looking for a kimura. It's going to be difficult to finish that from half guard though and Sato defends it well. Nakamara is trying to work for a kimura. This could be trouble! No, Sato has managed to free his arm - good work. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Yoshido Nakamara dominated that round. That's time! Sato's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight.

Excellent takedown into side control there by Nakamara. Sato tries to bench press Nakamara off him but Nakamara keeps the position. Nakamara connects with a decent looking elbow from side control that caused Sato some visible discomfort.

Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:47 of round 2, we have a winner by way of Submission (Kimura). Yoshido Nakamara! Our winner, Yoshido Nakamara, made sure he spent some time buttering up the crowd during his post fight interview, which will no doubt bring him a few more fans.
