Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 2 - 1 - 1, fighting out of The Island, Boris Johnson!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 3 - 1 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Mlody Drimzki!
The judges for this bout are Sandra Marshall, David Hoff and Dirk Anderson.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Johnson darts in and lands a nice takedown into half guard.
Drimzki tries to roll over but Johnson keeps him under control.
Johnson scoring with strikes to the body and head.
Drimzki is refusing to be controlled, as Johnson sits in half guard.
Drimzki trying to control but Johnson postures up.
Johnson keeping composed on the top, looking to control the action.
Drimzki lands one or two decent shots to the body here. Although from his own half guard, he's not going to be causing too much damage.
Drimzki tries to roll over but Johnson keeps him under control.
Johnson throwing shots but they're hitting the canvas more than the man.
Drimzki keeping his head moving to avoid the ground and pound.

Drimzki throws some sloppy strikes off his back.
Johnson will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.
Drimzki wants to sweep here but Johnson controlling him for the moment.
Drimzki manages to land a sweep and now he's in mount on top!
We're hearing some news coming in from back stage. It's official - Drimzki has eaten all the pies!
Johnson is squirming around, avoiding Drimzki's attempts to control the action.
Johnson is trying to escape the mount.

Drimzki lands a heavy elbow.
Drimzki takes a little breather and maintains the position. The referee will be looking for him to stay active from such a dominant position though.
Drimzki lands an elbow that was bordering on illegal but the referee lets it go with a warning.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Johnson controls the position.
Drimzki looking to control but Johnson is working nicely, looking to advance position himself.
Drimzki throwing sloppy strikes here. Perhaps if he tightened up his striking from such a dominant position, he'd be able to finish easier.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Johnson knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Drimzki on the ground.

Drimzki can't quite control the action as he would like just now, as Johnson is looking to escape.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Drimzki is in a good position here but he's just trying to control... And he's not even managing to do that successfully.
Johnson keeping his composure momentarily, calmly looking to get back to half guard.
Johnson has improved his flexibility recently so we will have to see if he can use that to his advantage.

As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

Johnson drops Drimzki with a left and a right! Oh, Drimzki is hurt - Johnson dives into side control looking to finish!

It looks like Mlody Drimzki has been cut.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.

Johnson wants to free his trapped foot but Drimzki is holding on for dear life with his legs.
Johnson throwing punches and elbows but they're not doing any damage.
Johnson thumps the canvas. Not on purpose obviously - he just missed Drimzki's head.

Johnson wants to control from the top but Drimzki keeps moving.

Johnson wants to try and get back to his feet.
Johnson is trying desperately to improve position.
Johnson wants to control but Drimzki is having none of it.

Johnson is looking to improve his position but Drimzki isn't that keen on the idea.
Drimzki is landing with some decent strikes but Johnson is trying to advance his position so the referee is letting the fight continue.

Drimzki is working for a guillotine from mount but Johnson frees his head quite easily.

Drimzki has control of Johnson's right arm, working for a kimura. It's a bit of a token attempt though and Johnson regains control of the situation pretty easily.

Drimzki has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan.

That was a close second round but I would say that Boris Johnson will probably get the nod.

The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action! Let's get this one finished - here comes the final round!


Johnson throws a right hand that Drimzki ducks under and follows up with a left that Drimzki also avoids with ease.
Johnson blocks a head kick by Drimzki.
No joy there for Johnson, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Johnson looks to land a combination but Drimzki avoids it well.
Johnson shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Drimzki as he jumps to the side.
No luck for Drimzki with that takedown attempt.

Johnson gets caught on his heels momentarily as he allows Drimzki to score an easy takedown into full guard.
Drimzki wants to pass the guard but Johnson is keeping the position.
Both fighters are breathing heavily.
Drimzki wants to control from the top but Johnson keeps moving.

Drimzki slips effortlessly into side control - very nice.

Drimzki decides to stand up, so the ref orders Johnson to his feet.

Johnson throws a right hand that Drimzki ducks under and follows up with a left that Drimzki also avoids with ease.
Drimzki tries for a takedown but Johnson sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily.

It looks like Johnson is going to stand back up.
Drimzki is trying to control but can't.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.

Johnson postures up and lands some nice ground and pound.
Johnson is just sitting in guard, looking to avoid any submissions.

Drimzki looking for submissions off his back, moving his hips, looking for an opening.

Drimzki keeping moving, preventing Johnson from controlling successfully.

Johnson got a little sloppy there for a moment and Drimzki has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Johnson has managed to get both his arms back between Drimzki's legs - danger averted.
Drimzki has momentary wrist control but Johnson slips an elbow through the middle.

Johnson is just sitting in guard, looking to avoid any submissions.
Drimzki trying to keep a closed guard but Johnson is proving a slippery customer.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Drimzki looking to hit a scissor sweep but Johnson is one step ahead there.
Johnson pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Drimzki is keeping the position for now.

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up.
Drimzki throws a quick inside leg kick.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
Johnson misses with a double jab.
Drimzki tries a head kick but it misses.
Johnson swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.

And that's the end of the fight!
I would just about give that final round to Mlody Drimzki.
I think Drimzki has won this one but let's see whether the judges agree with me. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
