Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Irv Goldman (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Vincent Kane (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The crowd seem to be enjoying Kane's choice of entrance music: You Again. I can't wait for this one - let's get the fighter introductions out of the way and get this one started!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of

2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Vincent Kane! The judges for this bout are Frank Antenori, and .
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Kane throws a wild body kick that Goldman sees coming a mile off. Kane showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from Goldman.
Goldman avoids the head kick by Kane.
Kane throws a jab, cross combination which is slipped
and Goldman counters with a single leg into guard. Kane didn't expect that. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Kane striking off his back but it's not causing Goldman any problems. Goldman stands up and waves to Kane to follow him. Kane misses with a shot to the body and Goldman counters with a shoot takedown into half guard. Kane wants to get back to his feet. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Goldman is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Kane is just riding it out for now. Goldman eventually gives up the hold. This has been an exciting period of action! Kane is not content to let Goldman control the position. Goldman is looking for a kimura. It's going to be difficult to finish that from half guard though and Kane defends it well.
That's one minute gone in the round. Kane has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Goldman is working away from the top position though. Kane is trying to get back to full guard. Kane is trying to maintain the position but Goldman is very close to passing his half guard. Goldman stands up from half guard. Kane fails with the takedown and Goldman counters with a nice double leg into half guard. Still in half guard, Goldman seems content to control. Goldman throwing punches and elbows but they're not doing any damage. Kane pushes Goldman off looking to stand but Goldman dives back in and keeps control.

That's two minutes gone in the round. Kane misses with some strikes from the bottom.
Goldman is looking to advance position but Kane won't allow it. Kane is not content to let Goldman control the position. Kane is looking to regain full guard. He's left an arm up in the air though and Goldman has latched onto it... Big trouble! Goldman pivots for an armbar - it's in tight and it Kane is tapping in no time flat! Great counter grappling there from Goldman!
