Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between John Saxon (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Sccot Berret (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, John Saxon!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Sccot Berret!
The judges for this bout are Patrick Alders, Paulsen Ambrosius and Daniel Blasius.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Berret swings away with a leg kick that misses.
A clash of legs there as Berret blocks the low kick.
Saxon defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Berret.

Saxon lands a big head kick that sends Berret tumbling to the mat! Saxon takes a step backwards and waves Berret back to his feet - he wants the finish!

It looks like Sccot Berret has been cut.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Berret shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Saxon as he avoids it easily.
Saxon connects with a leg kick. Berret looked like he was expecting something else and didn't defend it.
Saxon throws a quick inside leg kick.
Berret on the wrong end of a nice low kick. He's acting like it's no big deal but he doesn't want to take many more of those.
No luck with that takedown attempt from Berret.
John Saxon has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Sccot Berret.
Berret shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Saxon as he jumps to the side.
Berret looks winded!

The fight moves into the clinch position.
Saxon lands an elbow just above Berret 's eye.
Saxon gets an overhook and lands an elbow to the side of the head.

Berret is rocked!
Berret blocks an elbow strike.
Berret is still on wobbly legs! Can Saxon finish him?
Saxon throws a nice elbow but it doesn't land.
Berret blocks the elbow strike.
Berret is trying desperately to land a takedown but Saxon is having absolutely none of it. This is turning into a bit of a nightmare for Berret.
Berret avoids the elbow strike from Saxon, against the cage.
Berret seems to have recovered his senses.
Saxon lands a glancing elbow in the clinch.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Berret is pressed against the cage. Saxon pushes back and unleashes a big elbow that really hurts Berret! Two more big strikes from Saxon and Berret crumples to the mat and taps out furiously due to the strikes!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:11 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Strikes). John Saxon!
John Saxon decided to go for the less than humble approach in his post fight interview, telling everyone how he is going to conquer the world. The crowd seemed to like it when really that sort of approach could have gone either way.
