Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Mateusz Rutkowski (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Pan Teon (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Rutkowski comes into the arena with Sobota gośc. chór Montu - Do góry łeb blaring out of the sound system. Pan Teon is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Rutkowski loads up on a big right hand but Teon slips the punch.
Teon paws at his opponent with the jab and then lunges in with a straight, right on the button.
Rutkowski throws a head kick but Teon moves out of range.
Teon throws a hook but Rutkowski avoids it easily.

Rutkowski throws a loose over hand right and dives in with a double leg takedown. Teon tries to sprawl but it's too late and the fighters hit the mat. Rutkowski is in Teon's guard.
Teon wants to stand up but Rutkowski is controlling him.
Rutkowski wants to control from the top but Teon keeps moving.

and Teon counters with a series of strikes. Rutkowski will be more careful next time no doubt.

Teon throws a series of punches but Rutkowski avoids them all with ease.

Rutkowski cracks Teon with a hook to the jaw. Both fighters smile at eachother and high-five before getting back down to business.

Rutkowski tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in to close the distance. Teon manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.

Rutkowski closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Rutkowski looking for a kimura but he'll have to free his other leg if he wants to finish that. Perhaps he's just using it as a distraction technique.
Teon looks like he's trying to stand up.

Rutkowski is working for a submission of some sort.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!

The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.
Rutkowski wants to work for an arm triangle but Teon is really keeping half guard well and defending the submission attempt.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

A close round but Pan Teon will probably get the nod.

Teon throws a hook but Rutkowski blocks it.
Rutkowski takes one to the chin there.
Teon misses with the combination.

Rutkowski throws a shot from downtown. Teon moves away and avoids it.
Teon goes to the watering hole and comes back with a big thumbs up from the judges as he scores a three punch combo.
Rutkowski shoots in looking for a takedown. Teon tries to sprawl out of it but Rutkowski keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Teon manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.

Teon scores with the left hand. Rutkowski knows he should have avoided that one.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Teon tries to bum rush Rutkowski with a series of wild strikes but Rutkowski uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
Teon might want to mix his strikes up a bit more. He's just going for head shots at the moment and that can become a bit predictable.

Rutkowski needs to keep his hands up - Teon had a free shot at his head there.

and Rutkowski counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.
Rutkowski connects with a body shot that sends Teon's belly button to the back.

This has been an exciting period of action!
Rutkowski not doing a lot at the moment. He'll have to show some more aggression or the fight will get stood up.
Teon is still in real trouble! Can Rutkowski finish him?
Rutkowski wants to control from the top but Teon keeps moving.
Teon seems to have recovered his senses.
Rutkowski controls the pace of the fight for a moment.

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up, due to lack of activity on the part of Mateusz Rutkowski.
Teon throws a wild combination but nothing lands.
Rutkowski takes a jab on the nose. He smiles like he loves it and keeps coming.
Teon avoids the body shot from Rutkowski.
A telegraphed takedown attempt from Rutkowski is defended easily by Teon.

Oooooh!!! Teon has knocked Rutkowski down with a huge combo! Teon steps away and waves a wobbly Rutkowski back to his feet! This one might not go much longer!

Rutkowski shoots for a double leg takedown but Teon sprawls well. He's pushed Rutkowski's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.

and Teon counters with a massive uppercut that badly hurts Rutkowski! He's just covering up as Teon starts to tee off till the referee steps in and stops the fight!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:15 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Pan Teon!
Pan Teon spent the whole post fight interview bigging himself up. It didn't go down that well with the fans after a while as they thought it was a bit arrogant.
Mateusz Rutkowski was interviewed post fight and said 'What?'.
