Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Gabriel Collasus (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Armando Cervantes (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Collasus comes to the cage accompanied by Darker Side. I'm sure you'll be fascinated to know that I was talking to some pointless Z list celebrity before the fight and he thought that Armando Cervantes was going to win. Let's see if he was right.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
4 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Gabriel Collasus!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
0 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Armando Cervantes!
The judges for this bout are Radbod Blank, Paul Aken and Aafke Stam.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Cervantes shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Collasus as he avoids it easily.
Cervantes gets caught on his heels momentarily as he allows Collasus to score an easy takedown into full guard.
The referee looks like he's ready to step in and stand the fighters back up.
Collasus drops back looking for a leg! Cervantes is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Cervantes manages to kick Collasus off! Collasus jumps back into Cervantes's guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Collasus controlling from the top position.
Collasus thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position.
Collasus wants to control from the top but Cervantes keeps moving.
Collasus avoids a guillotine attempt easily.
Collasus working in close now, lands a nice elbow to the side of Cervantes's head.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Collasus drops back looking for a leg! Cervantes is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Cervantes manages to kick Collasus off! Collasus jumps back into Cervantes's guard.
Cervantes looking to hit a scissor sweep but Collasus is one step ahead there.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Collasus drops back for a leg here. A bit of a high risk move... He's looking for a kneebar by the looks of things. Now both of them are looking for submissions. Collasus seems to have locked his on tight now - Cervantes screams in pain and taps out furiously! It certainly was a high risk move but it's paid off for Collasus, as he picks up the win!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:40 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Kneebar). Gabriel Collasus!
Gabriel Collasus really struggled to get his t-shirt on before his hand was raised. Making sure that Urban Savage logo gets some air time is pretty tricky when you're all sweaty.
