Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Marcin Moszna (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Sum Gai (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Gai comes into a darkened arena with his song building. I'm A Lover Not A Fighter kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The judges for this bout are Patrick Alders, Nard Betker and Paulsen Ambrosius.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Gai connects nicely with a jab. Noted by the judges no doubt.

Gai's coach down at The Exiled BJJ and Wrestling was telling us pre-fight that they have been working on Gai's balance. Obviously they view that as a key factor in the outcome of this fight.
Moszna pulls out of a head kick attempt.

Gai fakes low and throws an overhand right that catches Moszna on the side of the head.

Gai lands an elbow that stopped Moszna in his tracks for a moment.

It looks like Marcin Moszna has been cut.
Moszna stalling in the clinch but Gai improves position.
Gai doesn't land with the attempted body shot.
Gai has the Thai clinch. He lands a big knee to the head that stumbles Moszna - he's in trouble! Another big knee to the head from Gai, and another! Moszna is out on his feet - the ref jumps in to save him and ends the fight!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:25 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Knees). Sum Gai!
In his post fight interview, Sum Gai started talking himself up. Luckily his charisma kept the crowd on side and gave him a good reception.
