Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Justin Thyme (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Rigoberto Lamas (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Lamas is bobbing his head along to his entrance song: Brazilian National Anthem. The atmosphere really building for this one as we go over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
5 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Justin Thyme! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
9 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Rigoberto Lamas! The judges for this bout are Paulsen Ambrosius, Saam Ante and Nard Betker.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Thyme connects with a looping left hand that seems like it dazed Lamas momentarily.
Lamas misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Thyme.
Thyme has been working on his boxing with his coaches at The Exiled BJJ and Wrestling in the buildup to the fight. Thyme misses with a double jab
and Lamas counters with a nice double leg into side control. Thyme won't be happy with that. We've had a lack of effective grappling in the last minute or so, which could well see a referee standup. Lamas thinks about going for a far side armbar but bails out and retains the dominant position instead. Lamas trying to control the position but Thyme is working away. The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
That's one minute gone in the round. Thyme is trying to stand back up. He's worked his way up against the cage but Lamas has just dragged him back down to the mat. Lamas is looking to take a break and control but Thyme is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.
The ref stands the fighters back up. Rigoberto Lamas was stalling too much, according to the referee. Thyme lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Lamas circles away quickly and effectively. Boom, another hit is landed. "You're gunna get knocked out" taunts Lamas, as that shot connected.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Lamas keeping his hands up high there, blocking the jab from Thyme. Lamas scores with a jab. The crowd cheers as Thyme lands an impressive looking overhand right. Lamas doesn't seem phased though. Lamas fails with an attempt to clinch.
Thyme swings wildly with a couple of big hooks
and Lamas counters with a nice double leg into guard. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Lamas postures up as if he's going to throw some strikes but drops back for an ankle! Thyme is in big trouble! He looks ready to tap! But no, he's escaped and dives on top of Lamas, into his guard. Thyme would like to get this fight back to the feet but can't get free from the closed guard. Our spies down at at WarZone Training Facility 2 inform us that Lamas has really been working on his submissions in the buildup to this fight. Will it pay off?
That's three minutes gone in the round. Lamas controls Thyme momentarily but Thyme frees himself. Lamas tries to land a sweep but no joy. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Lamas wants to hit a switch here but Thyme passes into full mount! Oh no, disaster for Lamas there! Lamas tries to get back to half guard but can't.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Lamas tries to lock up and control but Thyme gives him a forearm to the face and pushes him away. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Lamas can't escape the position.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Rigoberto Lamas dominated that round. The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action!

Thyme has Lamas pressed up against the cage. He's trying to work for a single leg takedown. Thyme pulls back from the cage and twists to the side, sending Lamas tumbling to the mat - Thyme dives into Lamas's guard. Lamas is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move. Lamas is working for a kimura but Thyme is defending it quite comfortably.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Thyme looks like he's trying to stand up.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Lamas looking to pass the half guard. Not this time. Thyme is refusing to be controlled, as Lamas sits in half guard. Lamas might have to switch it up a bit here because his efforts to control Thyme haven't been going to plan, at least at the current moment in time.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Lamas trying to mount his opponent but Thyme defends it. Lamas wants to control but Thyme is keeping him busy. The referee is asking the fighters to pick up the pace.
The ref stands the fighters back up, due to lack of action by Rigoberto Lamas. A jab from Thyme misses. Lamas showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from Thyme.
Lamas bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Thyme is trying to escape and get back to his feet. Lamas tries for a kimura. Not really close to a finish though. Lamas wants to control for a moment but Thyme uses the opportunity to move back to half guard. Lamas wants to take a breather but Thyme is having none of it. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Rigoberto Lamas showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action! This is the final round!
Thyme feints a jab promting Lamas to slip. Thyme then demonstrates his capabilities by jabbing again. Lamas slips again and ducks right into an uppercut. Lamas lands with an uppercut that bounces Thyme off the cage and back into range. Lamas misses with a hook to the body
enabling Thyme to counter with a crisp jab. Thyme looks to score with a combo but nothing lands. Thyme rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Lamas moves out of range and avoids them all easily. Thyme misses with a double jab.
Lamas moves into the clinch. Thyme lands a takedown into guard.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Thyme has decided he wants to stand but the closed guard of Lamas is proving hard to escape from. Lamas trying to control the position.

The ref stands the fighters back up because Justin Thyme just wasn't active enough. Thyme uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Lamas.

Thyme throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land. Justin Thyme is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs. Lamas lands with a nice body punch. Lamas throws a lazy uppercut
and Thyme counters with a two punch combo. Lamas keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
Thyme throws a right and a left that both miss. Lamas misses with a looping left. Justin Thyme is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things. Thyme will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Lamas takes a body punch that cleary hurt but he's trying not to show any weakness. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Thyme uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Lamas.
Lamas shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Thyme's guard.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Lamas looking to sit in guard and control but Thyme gets the butterfly guard and sweeps. He's now in the guard on the top. Lamas wants to sweep here but Thyme controlling him for the moment. Justin Thyme has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here! Lamas wants to hit a switch here but Thyme passes into full mount! Oh no, disaster for Lamas there!

In favor of your winner, by unanimous decision... Rigoberto Lamas! A very excited looking Rigoberto Lamas rambled incoherently for about 5 minutes post fight about how awesome he is. It was kinda funny for a while but then everyone got annoyed.
