Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Ryan Chandler (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Carl Lynn (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Lynn has chosen Pain as his entrance music. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
5 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Ryan Chandler! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
5 - 6 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Carl Lynn! The judges for this bout are Patrick Alders, Nard Betker and Saam Ante.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Chandler tries to land a leg kick but Lynn saw it coming and moves away.
Chandler scores with a reasonable looking shot to the body. Lynn doesn't seem bothered though. Lynn closes the distance and gets a double leg, slamming Chandler to the mat! Chandler manages to get full guard. It looks like the ref is thinking about a standup. Lynn slows down the pace of the fight, as he sits in guard. Lynn avoids a guillotine attempt easily.
Lynn with a nice head shot there. Both fighters really going for it on the ground here! Lynn wants to pass the guard but Chandler is keeping the position. Lynn is taking a break and basically stalling. The referee will not allow him to do that for long. Lynn got a little sloppy there for a moment and Chandler has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Lynn has managed to get both his arms back between Chandler's legs - danger averted. Chandler is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Lynn defends well. Chandler on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if Chandler tries to get out of the position. Chandler is looking for a triangle but Lynn pushes his legs off easily.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Lynn is taking a break and basically stalling. The referee will not allow him to do that for long.
That's one minute gone in the round. Chandler throws his legs up looking for a submission but Lynn uses it to pass to side control.
Lynn is chipping away with strikes.
Lynn scoring with punches and elbows. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Chandler tries to buck Lynn off but Lynn is having none of it. Lynn works a knee to the body and follows up with a nice elbow to the head. Chandler is trying to get back to half guard. Lynn prevents Chandler from escaping the position. Lynn controlling from side mount. Lynn working the head with strikes. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Lynn scores with a couple of nice shots to the head there. The referee takes a look at Chandler to see if he's OK.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Lynn landing with strikes to the head and body from side control.
Chandler is rocked! Lynn cracks Chandler with a big elbow. Oh Chandler is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!! Lynn in side control here. He's dropped a big elbow there and Chandler looks hurt! Oh, he is hurt! Lynn turns on the heat and pounds him out for a TKO victory! Good killer instinct there!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:24 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Carl Lynn! Our winner, Carl Lynn, made sure he spent some time buttering up the crowd during his post fight interview, which will no doubt bring him a few more fans.
