Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Ricio Rua (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jonathan Jones (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Ricio Rua has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

With a record of 4 - 7 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Jonathan Jones!
The judges for this bout are Patrick Alders, Radbod Blank and Daniel Blasius.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Jones closes this distance looking for a takedown but Rua circles away.

Rua fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Jones, pushing him back against the cage.
Rua is trying to pull guard but Jones has him pressed against the cage.
Jones throws an elbow but it's blocked.

Jones turns his back and goes for a hip toss. It's a bit messy but it gets the job done and Jones manages to end up in side control.
We must be close to a standup if these guys don't pick up the pace.

Rua is in a tricky position. We've heard reports from his gym mates at SWF GYM - JUDO 'n' MMA that he's been drilling escapes, so let's see if he can get back to his feet.

We've had a lack of effective grappling in the last minute or so, which could well see a referee standup.

Rua shoots in for a takedown but Jones shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.

Rua has instead reached around Jones's neck and now has a guillotine! Oh, this is biiiig trouble! Rua arches his back and squeezes and forces the tap from his hapless opponent.
