And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Enzo De Luca!
The judges for this bout are Alec Ball, Steve Smith and Trevor Gratis.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Johnson shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says De Luca as he avoids it easily.

We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if De Luca can do anything to dispel that myth.

Johnson has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.

De Luca gives up the full mount - oops, sloppy defensive grappling there!

Johnson avoids the attempt from De Luca to control.
Johnson is still in mount, landing shots to his trapped opponent. De Luca can't stay in a position like this for much longer.

De Luca is trying to defend against the choke here but Johnson has an arm under his chin. This one might not last much longer. Johnson Tightens the hold and De Luca taps out furiously! Johnson displays superior BJJ to win the fight.

Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:56 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (RNC). Willis Johnson!
Our winner, Willis Johnson, made sure he spent some time buttering up the crowd during his post fight interview, which will no doubt bring him a few more fans.
