Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between James Gabrial (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Dakota Weston (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
2 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, James Gabrial! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
9 - 17 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Dakota Weston! The judges for this bout are Alan Glass, Chris Downing and Gwen Towbar.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Gabrial defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Weston. Weston has been working on his striking defense in training and it's paying off as Gabrial is landing a low percentage of strikes. Gabrial tries to sprawl but Weston drives through with a takedown into half guard. Weston thumps the canvas. Not on purpose obviously - he just missed Gabrial's head. Weston looks over to his corner - he wants some instructions but his corner are not responding. Weston decides to stand and escape the position. Weston takes a step towards his opponent and connects with a left hand, before circling away.
It looks like James Gabrial has been cut. Weston moves into the clinch successfully.
This has been an exciting period of action! Weston pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat. Weston misses with a double jab.
Gabrial takes a kick to the body and keeps moving. Weston lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Gabrial circles away quickly and effectively. Gabrial seems to be moving with more speed, compared to his last bout. He must have been working on that in the gym. A combination from Weston does no damage. Weston lands a glancing blow to the side of Gabrial's head.
That's one minute gone in the round. Weston closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the cage. Weston breaks from the clinch.
Weston works over Gabrial's head and body with a nice combination. No joy there for Weston, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Oooooh!!! Weston has knocked Gabrial down with a huge combo! Weston steps away and waves a wobbly Gabrial back to his feet! This one might not go much longer! Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Weston connects with a single shot there.
James Gabrial's cut is getting worse. Gabrial darts in and lands a nice takedown into half guard. Weston kicks Gabrial off and gets back to his feet. Weston closes the distance and scores a nice trip takedown into half guard. Gabrial did well to prevent Weston getting side control. Weston trying to control the action but Gabrial is working from the bottom.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Gabrial trying to control from the bottom.
Weston wants to stand but Gabrial has hold of a leg and an arm, so he's trapped for now. Weston sitting in half guard, looking to land shots. Gabrial defending well though. Weston is trying a forearm choke… I don't think that's going to do much at this level of the game.
Weston stands up out of the half guard. Weston jabs Gabrial to the body, keeping him at a distance. Weston lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Gabrial circles away quickly and effectively. Gabrial takes a shot right to the bread basket.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Weston moves into range and throws a combination. A nice jab followed by a hook to the body. Weston shoots in for a takedown but Gabrial shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet. Gabrial tries to sprawl but Weston drives through with a takedown into half guard. Weston in half guard on the top. He's looking for a kimura... He's got it locked and he's managed to free his trapped foot. Gabrial tries to escape but it's on too tight and he has to tap! Great BJJ skills there from Weston!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:37 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Kimura). Dakota Weston! Dakota Weston really struggled to get his t-shirt on before his hand was raised. Making sure that Just Fight (Everything 7$) logo gets some air time is pretty tricky when you're all sweaty.
