Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

15 - 17 - 1, fighting out of Las Vegas, Josh Dominguez !
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
31 - 23 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Bj Penn!
The judges for this bout are Cecil Peabody, Chris Downing and Daniel Franklin.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Penn wings a very wild body shot but it does the job and lands to the midsection.
Dominguez dives in for a single leg takedown but Penn sprawls and the fighters end up clinched against the cage.
Dominguez fails to pull guard.
Dominguez wants to strike at distance but he can't break free of the clinch.
Penn breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
Penn chopping away at his opponent's legs.
Dominguez tries to clinch there but Penn circles away.
Bj Penn seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Penn lands a right hook to the body.
Dominguez fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Penn manages to avoid it.
A big right from Dominguez misses.
Penn works his jab well there, keeping his opponent at a distance.
Dominguez tries to close the distance and clinch up but Penn swats him away and circles back towards the center.
Dominguez doesn't succeed with the takedown
and Penn counters with a nice body shot.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Josh Dominguez . That's going to take a lot out of him.
Penn looks to score with a jab to the body but Dominguez is just out of range.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Dominguez gets cracked there but stands up to it.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Dominguez tries to close the distance and clinch but Penn swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
Dominguez shoots in and drives through. Penn sprawls well.
Penn scores with a reasonable looking shot to the body. Dominguez doesn't seem bothered though.
Dominguez tries to score a power double leg takedown but Penn sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Dominguez somewhat.
Penn scores with a decent looking hook.
Dominguez darts in trying to clinch
and Penn counters with a shot to the ribs. That looked like it hurt.
Dominguez throws a leg kick
and Penn counters with a stiff right hand.
Dominguez is rocked!
Penn lands with a massive overhand right! Stick a fork in Dominguez - he's out cold! Ermm... I think I just mixed my metaphors but yeah... That was a nice KO! Big win for Penn!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:49 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Bj Penn!
Bj Penn got down on his knees post fight and begged the management for a title shot. 'Please, I want that title shot so bad! Give it to me!'
