enabling Hunt to counter with a crisp jab.
Hunt pushes Barry up against the cage in a clinch.

Hunt's corner are urging him to control the action in the clinch for a moment, rather than mount any serious offense. I'm sure the crowd appreciate those instructions... not.

The pace slowing considerably in the clinch, as Hunt takes a break from that fighting nonsense to think about the finer things in life.

Hunt digs a right hand underneath Barry's ribcage. Barry let out a lung full of air as it connected.

Hunt lands a hook to the body. It's hard to tell if that hurt Barry or not.
Hunt lands a right hand that snaps the head of Barry backwards.

The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!
Hunt's corner are urging him to control the action in the clinch for a moment, rather than mount any serious offense. I'm sure the crowd appreciate those instructions... not.

Hunt lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.
Barry lands an overhand left. A wild punch that just about connected.
Barry jabs at Hunt's body.
Hunt uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Barry.
Barry misses with a body kick.
Hunt's corner calls for a 1, 2 combination and Hunt duly obliges.

Hunt takes a push kick to the midsection and stumbles backwards.

Barry lands with a kick to the temple. Hunt shrugs as if to say "is that all you've got?"

Hunt blocks a head kick by Barry.
Barry is breathing heavily.
Barry throws a leg kick but Hunt checks it.
Hunt slips a straight right by Barry.
Barry throws a wild body kick that Hunt sees coming a mile off.
Hunt drops Barry with a nice combination! Hunt dives into Barry's guard, looking to finish!
That has opened up Pat Barry's cut even more.

Hunt is in close to Barry's body, working some short punches and elbows.
Hunt throwing strikes from guard but Barry blocks nicely.
Hunt working some ground and pound from guard but it's not doing any damage.
Hunt stays in close to Barry's body and controls the position.
Hunt looking to sit in guard and control but Barry gets the butterfly guard and sweeps. He's now in the guard on the top.

Hunt kicks Barry off and gets to his feet.

Barry tries a head kick but it misses.
Barry takes a body punch but keeps moving.
Barry misses with a wild body shot.
Barry just misses with a punch to the body.
Hunt avoids the head kick by Barry.
Barry throws a jab, cross combination which is slipped
and Hunt counters with a shot to the ribs. That looked like it hurt.
Hunt shapes like he's going to throw a leg kick but settles back down.
Barry takes a jab on the nose there. A little bit of blood seems to be coming out. Hopefully that won't affect his breathing.

Hunt tests Barry's chin there with a solid looking shot.
Barry tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
A solid leg kick lands there for Hunt.
Hunt cracks Barry with a right hand to the side of the head.
The cut above Pat Barry's eye is starting to cause him problems now.
Boom, another hit is landed. "You're gunna get knocked out" taunts Hunt, as that shot connected.
Hunt connects with a hook to the side of his opponent's head.
Hunt cracks Barry with an open hand slap.

Barry gets cracked there but stands up to it.
Barry throws the kick towards the body but Hunt avoids it.
Hunt's jab looks to have found its range, popping Barry under the eye.
Pat Barry's cut is absolute horrible now. This looks like something out of a horror film with blood covering both fighters.

Barry tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Hunt moves into range and throws a big uppercut. OH! Barry goes down! Can Hunt finish him!?
Barry is rocked!
Hunt gets to his feet and stands over Barry, holding his ankles. He dives in with a big left hand that connects! Barry felt that one! Hunt unloads more punches and elbows and this one is over! The ref has dived in to save Barry from any more punishment!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:29 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Mark Hunt!
