Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Dylan McKay (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Peter Stumpp (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). McKay comes into the arena with Land Down Under blaring out of the sound system. Stumpp comes into a darkened arena with his song building. Macabre - Werewolf Of Bedburg kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! Peter Stumpp is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 5 rounds, for the featherweight championship of the world! Introducing the champion to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
6 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Dylan McKay! And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
11 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Peter Stumpp! The judges for this bout are Sam Margolis, James Glass and Chris Edwards.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! McKay lands a leg kick. The shin dug right into the meat of the thigh. Stumpp tries to work over McKay's front leg with a kick but McKay checks it. Stumpp throws a leg kick that is checked and McKay counters with a leg kick that reverborates around the arena. McKay lands with a slapping head kick. Stumpp fakes a jab and throws a low kick but McKay checks it well. Stumpp throws a body kick but he was well out of range there. McKay connects with a jab. McKay connects with a nice looking jab.
Stumpp wants to land a leg kick but McKay is out of range. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Stumpp tries to land a front kick but McKay steps back. That was a bit too telegraphed. Stumpp tries a head kick but it misses.
A shot to the liver by McKay. Beautiful body shot. Stumpp scores with a head kick. McKay tried to block it but didn't get his arm up in time. McKay keeps his opponent at a distance with a nice jab.
Good leg kick by McKay there. It's the ones that make that thud noise that hurt and that was an almighty thud.
McKay lands the left hand. Stumpp with poor footwork there. He got himself in a bit of a tangle, enabling McKay to score with a decent uppercut. Jab by McKay. We've been told by McKay's head coaches at Cutthroat that he's been working on his takedown defense in preparation for this fight. Dylan McKay is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
That's one minute gone in the round. Stumpp shoots in but no luck this time. McKay paws at his opponent with the jab and then lunges in with a straight, right on the button. Stumpp is looking to score with low kicks. McKay swings for the body but Stumpp moves out of range.
Jab, jab by McKay - just one landing. Stumpp throws a half hearted mid kick. McKay throws a perfectly timed hook that sends Stumpp crashing down! Stumpp tries to stagger back to his feet but McKay just hammers him until the ref stops the fight! A confused Stumpp asks the ref what just happened. Poor fella.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:30 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Dylan McKay! Dylan McKay retains his featherweight title! Dylan McKay seemed lost for words in his post fight interview but he remembered to thank his fans and directed everyone to his website. Peter Stumpp was interviewed post fight and said 'Vittu, pillu ja puukenkä.'.
