Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Chuck Liddel (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Medium Hardon (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both these guys have really solid chins. Will we see a standup war or will they both decide that a knockout is unlikely and try to win the fight elsewhere?

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Robert Twigg, Gwen Towbar and Stewart Dunkirk.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A telegraphed right hand from Liddel misses the target.
Liddel throws a sloppy head kick and Hardon moves out of range easily.
Liddel misses with a jab, cross combination.
Hardon misses with a few strikes there.
Liddel has been working on his boxing with his coaches at LOD: MMA Gods in the buildup to the fight.
Liddel misses with a hook. Hardon ducked under it nicely.
Liddel misses with an attempted mid kick.
Liddel steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Hardon.
A jab from Hardon misses.
Liddel moves into range and throws a combination. A nice jab followed by a hook to the body.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Hardon gets caught by a brutal right hook which buckles his knees! Hardon tries to backpedal with his spaghettilegs but Liddel is headhunting and goes for the kill. A jab and a right hook connect and Hardon buckles badly as his eyes roll back. The referee steps in and saves Hardon!! Hardon is complaining but he was clearly out on his feet. Liddel throws his mouthpiece into the crowd. Mmmm spit-tastic.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:38 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Chuck Liddel!
