Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Texas Outlaw (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Einat Thoresen (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters look pumped up here. Let's hope this is a good fight!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 3 - 1 - 0, fighting out of London, Texas Outlaw!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 4 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Einat Thoresen!
The judges for this bout are James Glass, Chris Edwards and Sam Margolis.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Thoresen throws a head kick but Outlaw moves out of range.
Thoresen moves to clinch but Outlaw breaks away
and Outlaw counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.
Einat Thoresen seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Thoresen keeping his hands up high there, blocking the jab from Outlaw.
Thoresen tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Outlaw was well out of range. Poor timing from Thoresen.

Thoresen changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Outlaw looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.
The referee is pacing around the two fighters - he looks like he's thinking about a standup.
Outlaw is trying to escape the position but Thoresen is controlling the position.
Outlaw managing to avoid any damage from the strikes thrown by Thoresen.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Thoresen trying to control the action but Outlaw is working from the bottom.

OK we're going to have a standup here. Einat Thoresen hasn't been effective enough on the ground and the referee wants a restart.
Thoresen wants to clinch but Outlaw slips to the side
and Outlaw counters with a straight right hand.
Outlaw getting the better of the striking in that exchange.
Thoresen fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Outlaw avoids it really well and circles away.
Thoresen closes the distance but Outlaw moves to the side
enabling Outlaw to counter with a crisp jab.
Thoresen shoots in but no luck this time.
A slow jab from Outlaw misses its intended target.
Thoresen is trying hard to land a takedown here. Outlaw sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet.
Texas Outlaw has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Einat Thoresen.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
Thoresen looks to clinch
and Outlaw counters with a stiff right hand.
Outlaw lands a right hook to the body.
Thoresen thows a body shot but no joy.
Thoresen swings wildly with a couple of big hooks
and Outlaw counters nicely by changing levels and landing a hook to the body.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Thoresen darts in trying to clinch
and Outlaw counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.
Thoresen shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Outlaw as he avoids it easily.
Thoresen fails to land the takedown.
Thoresen looks winded!
Thoresen fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Outlaw manages to avoid it.

That's three minutes gone in the round.
Thoresen shoots in for a takedown but Outlaw shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.
Outlaw lands a really nice looking cross but Thoresen seems unphased.
Outlaw bobs and weaves and throws out a fast jab that snaps Thoresen's head backwards.
Thoresen tries to clinch but fails miserably
and Outlaw counters with a one-two to the body.


Thoresen is rocked!
Outlaw is really peppering his opponent's head with punches.
Outlaw cracks Thoresen with a big right hand that sees him stumbling back against the cage! Thoresen falls to his knees and Outlaw doesn't need a second invitatation - he rushes in and fires off several unanswered shots that force the referee to stop the fight! This one is all over!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:44 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Texas Outlaw!
An out of breath Texas Outlaw thanked his loyal fans in his post fight interview, giving them credit for his success over the course of his career.
