Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Terenc Kill (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Christian Orsted (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Christian Orsted will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Terenc Kill!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Christian Orsted!
The judges for this bout are Matti Vanhoillinen, Tarja Halkonen and Ben Zyskovitsi.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kill jabs at Orsted's body.
A low kick from Kill is predictable there
and Orsted counters with a straight right hand.

Kill shoots in for a takedown from distance. He catches Orsted napping and manages to drive through into side control!
Orsted struggling a bit here.
Orsted is looking for a sweep.

Kill decides to stand back up.
Nice sprawl there from Kill as Orsted shoots in.
No joy there for Kill, who threw a few shots but didn't land.

Kill shoots in and bounces Orsted off the cage to secure the takedown into guard.
Kill really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.
This has been an exciting period of action!

Orsted is working actively off his back, looking to secure an arm or perhaps work for a triangle.
Orsted controls Kill momentarily but Kill frees himself.

Kill trying to control but Orsted is working from the bottom.
Kill pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Orsted is keeping the position for now.
Kill is taking a break and basically stalling. The referee will not allow him to do that for long.

Orsted has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Kill can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.

Terenc Kill has forced the referee to step in and bring the fight back to the feet.
Kill tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Horrible takedown by Kill or perhaps it was just good defense by Orsted which made him look bad.

The ref stands the fighters back up. Terenc Kill wasn't doing enough on the ground.

and Kill counters with a nice single leg takedown and he's in Orsted's guard now.
Kill has to be careful here, sitting in the guard of a superior BJJ player.
Orsted is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move.
Orsted is trying to get back to his feet now but his leg is trapped.

Orsted thows a wild elbow that connects with the canvas.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Kill tries to roll over but Orsted keeps him under control.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Kill has one foot on Orsted's thigh - he pushes off and manages to get back to his feet.
Nice takedown defense from Kill. No joy for Orsted on that attempt.
Orsted shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Kill sprawls well. Kill wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Orsted gets slowly back to his feet.
Terenc Kill has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Christian Orsted.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

Kill is just content to waste time from the top position. Orsted takes advantage of the situation and regains full guard.

That's the end of the round. The referee orders the cornermen out of the cage so we can get back down to business. This is the final round!

Kill tries to bum rush Orsted with a series of wild strikes but Orsted uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
Orsted wants to clinch up but Kill keeps it at a distance.
Orsted shoots in but no luck this time.
Orsted closes the distance but Kill moves to the side

and Kill counters by moving into the clinch. Good anticipation by Kill.
Orsted wants to strike at distance but he can't break free of the clinch.
Kill prevents Orsted from breaking the clinch.
Orsted misses the knee to the body. Nice hip positioning from Kill.
Kill fails to pull the fight into his guard.
Orsted wants to push off and get back to the center of the mat but Kill has him pressed against the cage.
Kill tries to jump guard but he falls flat on his backside. Orsted smiles and moves away.
Orsted scores with a reasonable looking shot to the body. Kill doesn't seem bothered though.

Kill closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard.
Orsted has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Kill is working away from the top position though.

Kill stands, ready to strike. The ref makes him back up and allows Orsted to get to his feet.
Orsted tries to close the distance and clinch up but Kill swats him away and circles back towards the center.
Orsted shoots in for a takedown but Kill shows good takedown defense.
Kill misses with a wild body shot.

Kill gets tackled into the cage by Orsted. Orsted maintains the clinch.

Terenc Kill has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Christian Orsted.

Kill is working on a single leg takedown against the cage. Orsted can't fight it off and eventually Kill manages to take the fight to the floor. Orsted looks annoyed but at least he's managed to land in guard.

The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Kill lands a couple of decent looking shots.
Orsted manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. Kill manages to get himself to full guard.

Orsted is looking to take a break and control but Kill is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.
Orsted seems content to maintain position for now, rather than mounting any offense.
The referee must be thinking about standing these guys back up.

OK we're going to have a standup here. Christian Orsted hasn't been effective enough on the ground and the referee wants a restart.
Kill throws a head kick that Orsted semi-blocks.

Kill swats away the attempt to clinch by Orsted.
Orsted lands with a nice body kick.

Orsted tries to pull guard but Kill forces him back to his feet, against the cage.
Kill is trying to drag Orsted to the mat but Orsted just about manages to keep his footing. He used the cage to his advantage there.

Terenc Kill is fighting for a decision here - he's started to take the cautious approach.

That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Terenc Kill.
Well Kill has outscored his opponent in every aspect of the fight today. Only a scarily incompetent judge or two will keep him from a well deserved win... Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
