Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 8 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Bentley Tessin !
The judges for this bout are Wesley Smith, Gwen Towbar and Chris Downing.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Tessin closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard.
It looks like the ref is thinking about a standup.
Tessin throws a big elbow that misses, also allowing Quilla to regain full guard.
Quilla wants to sweep here but Tessin controlling him for the moment.
Quilla is adopting a defensive guard.
Tessin throws a big right hand that misses.
Quilla preventing the ground and pound from doing any damage.
Quilla pulls Tessin in close to prevent any damage.
Tessin postures up in Quilla's guard and throws a big left but Quilla blocks it.
Tessin in full guard, throwing the ground and pound. No damage this time.

Quilla is adopting a defensive guard.
Tessin chips away with some ground and pound.
A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Tessin accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.

Quilla has a closed guard, preventing anything of note from happening. Perhaps he's looking to stall.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Quilla is working actively off his back, looking to secure an arm or perhaps work for a triangle.

Quilla utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound.

Quilla seems to have improved his submission grappling technique since last time we saw him. Let's see if he can pull off a submission.
Quilla will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.
Quilla manages to land a sweep and now he's in mount on top!
Tessin should think about turning a few of those tyres round his middle into muscle if he wants people to take him seriously as an athlete.
Tessin tries to get back to half guard but can't.

A relieved looking Mante Quilla thanked the fans for their support and gave the usual line about them being amazing. They seemed to believe that he actually meant it.
