7 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Fus Ro Dah! The judges for this bout are Frank Dennis, Wesley Smith and Stewart Dunkirk.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Beneventi fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Ro Dah avoids it really well and circles away. Beneventi has been working on his boxing with his coaches at Soul Supremacy Elite Gym in the buildup to the fight. Beneventi ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Ro Dah moves away. Beneventi throws a right hand that Ro Dah ducks under and follows up with a left that Ro Dah also avoids with ease. Ro Dah doesn't manage to clinch there - Beneventi circles away.

Ro Dah comes over the top with an elbow. That landed flush.
It looks like Baldo Beneventi has been cut. The pace slowing considerably in the clinch, as Ro Dah takes a break from that fighting nonsense to think about the finer things in life. Ro Dah creates a bit of distance and throws an elbow that only just misses. Knees in the clinch landing for Ro Dah.
Beneventi is breathing heavily. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Ro Dah lands a nice elbow from the clinch. Beneventi can't break the clinch.

Beneventi is rocked! Ro Dah jerks Beneventi's head down, straight into the path of a devastating knee! Beneventi drops to the floor in a crumpled heap! Ro Dah goes to throw a finishing haymaker but pulls out - good sportsmanship from Ro Dah because Beneventi was completely out of it. That was a nice finish - just the right level of brutality to send everyone home happy.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:49 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Knee). Fus Ro Dah! Fus Ro Dah bigged himself up after the win. The crowd seemed to love it.
