Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Gaspar Barros (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Kyle Locke (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Gaspar Barros is staring across the cage at his opponent, tweaking his nipples... Tweaking his own nipples that is.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Gaspar Barros! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Kyle Locke! The judges for this bout are Alexandre Firmino, Thiago Cunha and Edson Gomes.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Horrible takedown by Barros or perhaps it was just good defense by Locke which made him look bad. Barros throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Locke's waist but Locke gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Barros off to one side. Barros shoots in looking for a takedown. Locke tries to sprawl out of it but Barros keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Locke manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Gaspar Barros. That's going to take a lot out of him. Barros fails miserably with a takedown attempt. Locke gets taken down but at least he's managed to land in guard. Locke escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Barros gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance. Barros will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions. Locke has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Barros can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself. Locke wants to sweep but no luck.
That's one minute gone in the round. Locke lands a beautiful switch and he's in full mount! That could spell trouble for Barros! Locke moves to take his opponent's back. Locke is working hard for the rear naked choke here.
Locke landing with strikes. Barros rolls, trying to escape but Locke keeps control of the position.
Barros wants to control his opponent's hands but Locke gets his hands free. Locke struggling to land strikes to the head as Barros covers up. Locke is looking to control Barros but Barros is wriggling around and keeping busy.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Barros preventing the rear naked choke attempt from Locke. Barros showing good submission defense here.
Locke looks gassed! Barros covering up well and avoiding damage. Locke seems to be going for a rear naked choke. He has an arm under Barros's chin but Barros turns very nicely into Locke's guard. Good BJJ skills being displayed there by Barros.
Locke looking for submissions from the bottom here. Moving his hips around, possibly looking for an armbar.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Locke looks to be working for a triangle here. Oh, it looks like he might have it! Barros has picked Locke up and slammed him! Locke can't keep hold of the triangle and Barros manages to pass to side control! Barros is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but Locke is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now. Barros works to advance to full mount. Locke defends for a few seconds but eventually he succumbs. Locke really trying hard to get back to half guard here.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Barros looks like he's working for a submission but he's not found anything just yet. Barros working to secure an arm triangle but it's not happening for him just yet. Locke is wriggling around trying to escape.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Gaspar Barros dominated that round. The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business.
Barros shoots for a double leg takedown but Locke sprawls well. He's pushed Barros's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily. Locke misses with a wild combination.
Locke stuffs the takedown. Barros closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard. Locke is pressing down on Barros's left leg trying to get back to full guard. He's managed it. Locke looking for a sweep. Not yet Locke, not yet. Barros postures up.
Locke had isolated an arm as going for an omaplata. Barros is defending the submission well but is in a very vulnerable position. Locke Is leaning forward trying to finish the omaplata but decides to abandon it, and take Barros's back instead. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. Locke missing with strikes.
That's one minute gone in the round. Locke is looking to control Barros but Barros is wriggling around and keeping busy. Locke tightening his grip on Barros, looking for the choke. Barros covering up well and avoiding damage. Barros avoids the strikes from Locke. Locke is working the back position looking for the choke. Oh, he's slid into an armbar! Beautiful transition and Barros taps out! Fantastic Jiu Jitsu from Locke.
